Flat Rate & Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for orders with a subtotal over $199. For orders between $0.01 and $199, a standard shipping fee of $14.95 will apply.
Eligibility
This shipping program is valid for orders shipped within the contiguous United States only. Wholesale, international, or expedited shipping orders are excluded from this offer.
Free Shipping Items
Certain products are marked as “Free Shipping” on their listing pages. If your order consists solely of free-shipping items, even if the subtotal is under $199, you’ll receive free shipping. If your cart contains both free-shipping items and other products, standard shipping rates apply in addition to any additional fees for excluded or oversized items.
Excluded Items & Extra Fees
Some items may require additional shipping charges and are noted on their product pages. There are four surcharge categories (Buckets 1–4), each associated with a flat fee:

If multiple items from the same bucket are ordered, only one charge per bucket applies. However, charges across different buckets do stack. For example:
- Three items from Bucket 1 = +$25
- Items from Buckets 1 and 2 = +$25 + $35 = $60
Plus any standard shipping fee if subtotal is under $199.
Same-Day Processing Option
Orders containing only in-stock items and shipping within the contiguous U.S. may qualify for a Same-Day Processing Upgrade. Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST (Jan–Sep) or 1:30 p.m. EST (Oct–Dec) on business days will ship the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day. Processing upgrade is available for an additional fee.
Express Shipping
Next Day and 2nd Day Express shipping options are available at checkout. While processed quickly, they may not guarantee same-day dispatch. Please see checkout for rates.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days, depending on product availability. This does not apply to drop-shipped or special-order items. Processing times may extend during peak seasons (e.g., October–December).
Carriers
We ship using major trusted carriers. If you have a preferred carrier or shipping method, you may leave a note in the cart’s “Order Instructions” section. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, they may incur additional charges.
Orders Placed After Business Hours
Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST (Friday) or over the weekend will begin processing at the start of the next business week.
